Boat Registration Under the Polish Flag

We offer yacht and other watercraft registration services under the Polish flag within the REJA 24 system, in accordance with regulations effective from August 1, 2020. The new registration certificate format is a durable plastic card, similar to a bank card, resistant to damage and easy to maintain. It contains vessel details such as the registration number, type of registration, type of waters, and owner information.

Please note that as of August 1, 2020, the regulations of the Act of April 12, 2018, on the registration of yachts and other watercraft up to 24m in length are in force. Based on these regulations, a single nationwide register of vessels has been established under the REJA 24 system.

Remember, documents issued under previous regulations are VALID ONLY UNTIL JANUARY 31, 2023.

Since August 2020, Poland has been issuing a new format of registration certificates. The plastic card, similar to a typical bank card, is much easier to maintain, clean, and keep intact. It also has several security layers to minimize the risk of forgery. The front side of the card includes basic information about your vessel, such as its size, registration type (commercial/recreational), and the type of waters the boat will navigate (maritime/inland). It also shows a unique registration number in the new format and a standardized hull identification number. The reverse side presents the owner’s and operator’s basic information.
